Merchandise Returns: We will accept returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of your merchandise (except for non-returnable, clearance and special order items). Certain items, such as Nicole Michelle Maternity Wear, cannot be returned or exchanged. Certain items can be returned for exchange or store credit only and may be subject to a restocking fee. Credit will not be issued without prior authorization for the return from Bellacroft.com and must include a return authorization number (RA#) on the packaging. To obtain an RA# and return address (varies by product) you can email us or call. The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. To insure receipt, it is recommended that returns are accompanied with a tracking number which should be emailed to sales@bellacroft.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refund value for items will be reduced for free gifts or discounts received at the time of purchase. All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in new condition; in the original packaging; and include all parts, instructions and accessories. Opened packages may be subject to additional fees if any items and/or documentation are missing. GiftCards, bathing suits, lingerie, personalized items and e-GiftCards cannot be returned.

Problem Orders: If you received the wrong product or model, an item is missing or there are other problems with your order, contact us via e-mail at customerservice@bellacroft.com to begin the investigative process.

Defective Merchandise: All merchandise needs to be inspected upon receipt.  If a defect is found, it is necessary to contact us immediately to resolve the issue.  In certain cases, it may be necessary to call the designer/manufacturer directly if you think the merchandise you received is defective or does not work properly. Most manufacturers view defective merchandise as a warranty claim and will usually repair or replace the merchandise (policies may vary from designer/manufacturer to manufacturer).
